eida masih amik ais..air manis..sos..kicap..etc
cuma eida xamik roti n nasi..
masa nk mula ni berat eida 83.2kg

day 3 :dh kurang sket
day 5 :eida pon timbang n mase tu berat eida pon trun 78++lupe plak point2 dia

eida sahur ala kadar je..mkn telur+sayur+air masak
mula2 takut nk timbang...takut penimbang tu naik..
berat xturun tak naik..statik 76.1kg...
oklah..eida ni takdelah rajin sgt nk workout..
skipping dpt 20x sehari
dok twist 3-5minit..
naik turun tangga tingkat 3 n tingkat 4 (blok lain2)
target raya
65.0-69.9kg..
agak2 leh dpt tk eh?
