catatan diet eida bermula

bermula tarikh ni eida melancarkan diet..tp diet main2 
eida masih amik ais..air manis..sos..kicap..etc
cuma eida xamik roti n nasi..
masa nk mula ni berat eida 83.2kg

18 July 2011
eida start Atkins
day 1 atkins..pening..sakit kepala n rase mual
day 2 :same je
day 3 :dh kurang sket
day 5 :eida pon timbang n mase tu berat eida pon trun 78++lupe plak point2 dia

23 July 2011
Atkins kantoi coz ikut international eco-ride challenge
segamat-ulu yam (makan mihun)
ulu yam-genting highland (makan ayam goreng mcd+sos cili,kentang+shaker)

24 July 2011
Still kantoi mkn Dominos Pizza
genting highland-damansara (3-4 slice)

start balik Atkins
timbang pg tu 80++
naik balik berat ku...huhuhu :(

makan chicken teriyaki set+nasi = kantoi

makan nasi + ayam goreng kunyit = kantoi jgk

3 ari berturut2 eida mkn nasi...dahsyat tk..n luckily berat eida maintain..78.6kg tak gerak mane2...

bulan pose dah..starting weight 78.6kg

sahur =telur scramble, ayam, sayur
buka pose minum air suam+ayam+ikan+sayur

mkn lebih kurang gak same menu 
ade ari tak sahur
ermm...ntah turun ke tk ni..

timbangan menunjukkan 76.8
senyum yeay turun..
semangat diet berkobar2 ni

senyum smpai telinga lg..
tp time berbuka mkn tak ingat...
mkn mee goreng kicap+sirap bandung soda..
of coz la kantoi kan...

6 Ogos 2011
eh...ari ni pny tarikh dh...
disebabkn mkn beria-ia mlm td..mase berbuka
eida sahur ala kadar je..mkn telur+sayur+air masak
mula2 takut nk timbang...takut penimbang tu naik..
berat xturun tak naik..statik 76.1kg...

oklah..eida ni takdelah rajin sgt nk workout..
skipping dpt 20x sehari
dok twist 3-5minit..
naik turun tangga tingkat 3 n tingkat 4 (blok lain2)

target raya 
65.0-69.9kg..
agak2 leh dpt tk eh?
